The West Virginia Division of Highways announces upcoming delays on Laurel Dale Road (WV 93) in Grant County beginning as early as Tuesday, March 3, 2020. The work zone will be approximately 5.5 miles north of the junction with WV 42 and 0.60 miles south of the junction with Oakdale Road (CR 42/2) between Keyser and Scherr.The delays will be between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Traffic will be under the direction of flaggers. Motorists should expect significant delays and are advised to travel with caution through the work zone. These delays are necessary for the Soil Nail Contractor (GSI) and DOH forces to repair a slide area along this route. The work is expected to be completed in approximately three weeks. Exact schedule is weather dependent.
