Three Pieces of Legislation Will Impact Alcohol Sales in Allegany County

Three pieces of legislation impacting alcohol sales passed the 2016 Maryland Legislative session and will soon be law. One of the bills would allow those who are 18 to serve liquor in Allegany County. Another bill will allow for alcohol sales on Sundays. The third bill allows restaurants to begin serving alcohol at 11am instead of 1pm on Sundays.
