The Maryland State Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating a fire outside of an outbuilding in Cresaptown. The fire has been ruled an attempted arson. The fire was discovered by the homeowner just before 2pm on Sunday at the exterior of an outbuilding on McMullen Highway.
