A West Virginia woman faces charges of allegedly stealing close to 1.6 million dollars from a Garrett County business. 39 year old Mindy Moorehead of Ridgeley allegedly stole the money from her then employer Bill’s Marine Service over the course of several years according to Garrett County State’s Attorney Lisa Thayer Welch.
