Wanted Friendsville Man Arrested in Incident

A wanted Friendsville man is arrested on assault and resisting arrest charges. According to Maryland State Police on 5/28/16 at about 1:30pm Troopers from the McHenry Barrack responded to a residence on Old Morgantown Road in reference to a dispute complaint. While on scene investigating the dispute, Troopers made contact with26 year old Jehu Michael Fultz Jr. of Friendsville, Maryland. Upon identifying Fultz, Troopers discovered that Fultz was wanted on an outstanding warrant through the Garrett County Narcotics Task Force. As Troopers attempted to arrest Fultz on the outstanding warrant, he began to resist their attempts to place him under arrest. After a struggle with Fultz, he was taken into custody. In addition to the outstanding warrant, Fultz was also charged with 2 counts of assault and resisting arrest. Fultz is currently incarcerated at the Garrett County Detention Center.
