A wanted Cumberland man is arrested following a brief chase. According to Cumberland Police last night at about 9:30 officers were investigating a suspicious complaint along Maryland Avenue when they saw a man who was wanted. He was identified as 21 year old Jonathan Harriss. He attempted to flee but was arrested and after a brief struggle he was taken into custody. He is being held on $5,000 and is charged with 2nd Degree Assault, Resisting Arrest, Obstructing and Hindering, and Disorderly Conduct
