A truck driver is charged following a crash on I-68 near Flintstone. According to Maryland State Police at about 11:30 last night troopers were called to the scene of a tractor trailer off the roadway. The vehicle was located off the road in a snow covered ditch pinned against a rock wall. The driver 61 year old Robert Hornback of KY told troopers he fell asleep while driving and ran off the road. Maryland State Highways crews were called to remove snow that had been thrown into the roadway and assist with a temporary lane closure while the vehicle was removed. Hornback was not injured and was charged with negligent driving
