A traffic stop in Washington County leads to the arrest of the driver and three passengers. According to Maryland State Police on Sunday at 9am a pick up truck was stopped along I-70 eastbound new Cedar Ridge Road. The driver 21 year old Joshua Benson was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs and drug possession. The passengers including 23 year old Natasha Emerson and 22 year old Blayn Baughman were arrested for drug possession. 24 year old Tyler Skipper was arrested for drug possession and a felony warrant from Altoona, PA.
