A Swearing-In Ceremonies will be held for Cumberland City Council-appointee Richard J. “Rock” Cioni beginning at 5:00 P.M. in the City Hall rotunda. The ceremony is open to the public. The Cumberland Mayor and City Council will meet in regular session on Tuesday, February 2, 2016, beginning at 6:15 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.
