The West Virginia Division of Highways (WVDOH) reminds motorists that the Frenchburg Arch Bridge on Little Cacapon River Road (Hampshire County Route 50/9) will be closed to traffic beginning today. The bridge closure, located approximately 0.25 miles from US 50, will be in place 24 hours a day. This is necessary for the WVDOH to construct a new bridge over Little Cacapon River. Work is expected to be completed in approximately three months. Motorists are advised to use Little Cacapon Access Road to detour around the project.
