A public hearing will be held today to discuss the application of Dan’s Mountain Solar, LLC to construct an 18.36 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility in Allegany County. The application has been docketed by the Maryland Public Service Commission as Case No. 9400. Case filings and associated pleadings in the matter are available at www.psc.state.md.us.
The hearing will be held at the Holiday Inn Express, 1076 National Highway in LaVale, Maryland ay 7pm. Members of the public who wish to comment on the matter are welcome to attend the proceeding before Public Utility Law Judge Robert H. McGowan. (This case is not related to Dan’s Mountain Wind Force, LLC, which is a separate matter.)
