Pennsylvania State Police are searching for the suspect involved in a hit and run. According to PSP on Tuesday at about 3:30 pm emergency crews were called out to Sprout Mtn Road east of the I-99 Junction. A bicyclist was hit by a vehicle and thrown off the bike. The bicyclist was taken to UPMC Altoona for serious injuries. Anyone with details is asked to contact PSP Bedford at 814-623-6133
