A Pennsylvania man wanted in Arizona turns himself in to police after allegedly being caught stealing electricity. According to Pennsylvania State Police on March 17th troopers were called out to Hillside Drive. The victim noticed their electric meter had been tampered with and a foreign wire placed on the meter was traced back to a neighboring home. Troopers learned the resident of the neighboring home was 56 year old Dale Hoover who was wanted on an active warrant in Arizona. He turned himself in to PA State Police without incident.
