A Pennsylvania man is charged with murdering a two month old baby. According to Pennsylvania State Police Brandon Leer of Friedens is charged in connection with a shaken baby case that happened on September 25th 2016. Leer was previously accused of aggravated assault and related charges. The two month old victim died on October 17th 2016.
