A Pennsylvania man is arrested after allegedly assaulting his two month old daughter. According to Pennsylvania State Police 23 year old Brandon Leer confessed to being home alone with the baby. According to PSP he became angry with her when she would not stop crying and he shook her and she became unresponsive and he called 911. The baby was flown by helicopter to Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and after being diagnosed with a head injury at Somerset County Hospital. Leer is being held on 50 thousand dollars bond.
