No word yet what caused a partial structural collapse in Ridgeley Wednesday night. At about 5:45pm emergency crews were called out to Blocker Street and found a collapse on the corner of the structure of an apartment building. All the apartments were checked and the occupants were safely out of the building. The Structural Collapse Team was called to the scene. Emergency crews were on the scene for more than four hours
