A new physical therapy clinic is set to open next month in Short Gap thanks in part to funding from The West Virginia Capital Access Program. According to officials $9,000 was approved for a new physical therapy clinic in Short Gap, Mineral County. The funding will be used by X-CEL Performance Rehab for startup costs, building improvements and equipment.
