C3I officials have released the identity of the victim of last night’s fatal stabbing. Investigators with the Allegany County Combined Criminal Investigation Unit (C3I) have been able to positively identify the victim who was found Wednesday evening at the intersection of Route 51 and Uhl Highway as 25 year old Rhyshon Monte Smith, of Baltimore. The investigation is continuing by C3I.
