Frostburg City residents who are registered voters are encouraged to vote. The City’s only Polling Place is at the Frostburg Community Center, 27 S. Mechanic Street. Polls open at 7:00 a.m. and remain open until 7:00 p.m. Results will be issued Tuesday night, pending the completion of the counting of the ballots. The ballot counting is open to the public
