Two people are hospitalized following a fire in Oldtown at the Ark of Hope Animal Rescue. The blaze broke out at about 1:30 this morning on Artic Ridge Lane. Maryland State Fire Marshals are investigating. Crews from around the region were at the scene for more than four hours. The fire involved a residence and vehicles.
