The West Virginia Division of Highways advises motorists of upcoming delays on Hartmansville Road (CR 20) in Mineral County beginning Monday, October 11, 2021, through Friday, October 15, 2021. The delays will be between the hours of 6 AM to 5 PM each day. The work zone will be between the 2.5-mile marker, near Emoryville Church, and the junction with US 50. Traffic will be under the direction of flaggers. Motorists should expect significant delays and are advised to use an alternate route if possible. These delays are necessary for a paving project. Exact schedule is weather dependent.
The Allegany County Department of Public Works, in cooperation with the City of Cumberland Street Department, will perform chip seal resurfacing on the following streets: Cleveland Avenue, Dale Avenue, Angle Street, Hunt Terrace, Adams Avenue, Thompson Avenue between Gephart Drive and Dale Avenue, and Thompson Avenue between Adams Avenue and Hunt Terrace.
The work will take place (weather permitting) on Monday, October 11, 2021 through Wednesday, October 13, 2021. No Parking Signs will be posted and access may be limited at times.
