Hagerstown Police are investigating after a man is found dead on the railroad tracks in the area of McPherson and West Church Street. According to Hagerstown Police at about 8:14 this morning officers were called to the scene and found a deceased white male who appeared to be struck by a train. The man’s identity is unknown at this time.
