New Germany State Park will be hosting a Maryland Hunter Education Field Day Workshop on Dec. 13. This class is for first-time hunters obtaining their hunter certification. All students must be at least 13 years old and must complete the Maryland Hunter Education Course Register-ed.com prior to attending the workshop. After completing the online course, students must pre-register for the workshop online. The workshop is free of charge and will take place at the Lake House from 10 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Students must bring their internet voucher and photo identification with them.
