A Hardy County man pleads guilty to cocaine trafficking. According to the office of United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, 33 year old Roberto Montalvo Laureano, 33, of Moorefield, West Virginia, pled guilty to cocaine trafficking in federal court. He faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $1,000,000.
