A Grant County man pleads guilty to painkiller trafficking. According to the office of United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II 29 year old Samuel Winebrenner sold morphine near Petersburg City Park, a playground in Grant County, West Virginia. He pled guilty to one count of “Distribution of Morphine within 1,000 feet of a Protected Location.” He faces between one and forty years in prison and a fine of up to $2,000,000.
