A Grant County man pleads guilty to prescription drug trafficking. According to officials with the office of US Attorney William Ihlenfeld II 33 year old Nelson Boucher of Cabins plead guilty in federal court to selling hydrocodone in August 2014 in Grant County. He faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $1,000,000. Under the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, the actual sentence imposed will be based upon the seriousness of the offenses and the prior criminal history, if any, of the defendant.
