A Frostburg man is arrested on assault charges. According to Cumberland Police on Friday, February 14th, 2020 officers responded to Baltimore Street for a male creating a disturbance. When officers arrived in the area, the male, identified as 37 year old Paul Michael Harman, was already detained by an Allegany County Sheriff’s Deputy who had witnessed Harman causing the disturbance. Harman was yelling and using racial slurs disturbing others in the area. He also assaulted security guard at Rehab 1st according to witness statements made to responding officers. He was charged with assault and disorderly conduct and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond. y>
