A fire in Frostburg is ruled accidental. According to Maryland State Fire Marshals the blaze broke out just after 6pm last night on Washington Street outside of a two story wood framed single family dwelling. A neighbor noticed the fire which was extinguished before emergency crews arrived. The cause of the fire was improperly discarded smoking materials.
