The City of Cumberland announces that the current Cumberland Wi-Fi service will be discontinued on August 31, 2015 and a new, more cost effective Wi-Fi service designed for free use in the Center City area will be set in place. With the pending discontinuance of the current system, the City’s IT department worked to develop a smaller, more cost effective Wi-Fi system designed to enhance the downtown environment by providing free access to citizens, businesses, and visitors
