A Fort Ashby man faces charges in Pennsylvania including kidnapping. According to Bedford Police 19 year old Christopher Peck was charged with Concealing Whereabouts of a Child, Kidnapping of a Minor, Unlawful Restraint and Corruption of a Minor stemming from an incident involving a 14 year old female from Bedford. The juvenile girl and Peck were located by West Virginia State Police at a Fort Ashby residence. Peck was arraigned 1/18/16 at MDJ Osman’s office and committed to Bedford Correctional Faculty on $200,000 bail.
