The cause of a house fire in Frostburg is ruled accidental. According to Maryland State Fire Marshals on November 11th at 3pm the fire started in the living room of a manufactured home on Ocean Hill Road in Frostburg. The blaze was discovered by a passerby. The fire started after a hot ember from a fireplace ignited a sofa. The fire caused 40 thousand dollars in damage. 30 firefighters had the blaze under control in about 20 minutes.The family including two children as well as 4 adults are currently displaced and are being assisted by Red Cross.
