The Garrett County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a double fatal crash. On October 10th at about 12:43pm deputies were called out to Bethlehem Road for a report of a motor vehicle collision with injuries. When they arrived they found a Nissan Versa passenger car and a Ford 150 had collided head on. The initial investigation revealed that the driver of the Nissan crossed the center line and struck the Ford truck. As a result Kelli Nicole Kreuger of Oakland, MD was pronounced dead. A juvenile from the Oakland area was also pronounced dead. Two remaining juvenile occupants of the Nissan were taken to Ruby Memorial Hospital for treatment of their injuries. The driver of the Ford was taken to Garrett Regional Medical Center for treatment of injuries.
