A Cumberland man wanted in West Virginia is arrested. According to Cumberland Police, Officers took 30 year old Jordan Calvin Preston into custody without incident on an active warrant from Mineral County, WV. Preston was served with a fugitive justice warrant and taken before the District Court Commissioner where he was held without bond.
