The Cumberland Police Department is requesting information and assistance locating 53 year old Paul Edgar Wilhelm. He’s a white male,about . 5’6”, and weighs about 310 lbs. He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt, blue jeans, and camouflage hat on 8/30/2020 around 6:30 p.m. in the 500 blk. of Columbia Avenue. He has been reported missing and is also wanted for questioning in a breaking and entering and a sexual offense that was reported to police earlier on 8/30/2020.
