Congratulations to the Bruce Outreach Center on being awards a 25 thousand dollar grant from State Farm. Their project came in second nationally in a facebook contest for funding and the first ever in Maryland. The money will be used toward a program called Cycle Breaking to build three apartments inside the former high school facility for families who are struggling.
