A Baltimore man is sentenced to 13 years behind bars on drug charges. 32 year old Joseph Osborne Junior was sentenced Wednesday in Allegany County Circuit Court. The sentence was the result of a trial held on June 8, 2016, in which Osborne was found guilty, by a jury of his peers of, Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine, Possession of Heroin, and Possession of Oxycodone.
