West Virginia Man Behind Bars on Drug Charges

A West Virginia man faces drug charges. According to the West Virginia State Police Romney Detachment on Sunday, June 28, 2020, Cpl. D.A Bowland, Tpr A. M. Kerns along with members of the Hampshire County Sheriff’s Department and Natural Resource Police conducted a search warrant at the residence of Todd Bradley Davis of Yellow Springs, WV, in reference to Elder Abuse and Neglect, Financial Exploitation of the Elderly, Power of Attorney Abuse and possession of CDS. During the search, the officers located methamphetamine and marijuana, numerous smoking devices and a trash can containing components of a clandestine meth lab. Meth Tech’s Sgt. C.T. Kessel and Cpl. J.E. Whisner responded to the scene and secured the area while Cpl. Bowland obtained a second search warrant for the meth lab. Sgt. Kessel and Cpl. Whisner processed the scene which resulted in Davis was arrested for operating a clandestine meth lab. This investigation remains ongoing and additional charges may be pending.
