A Cumberland woman is charged with burglary, assault and child neglect. According to Cumberland Police on Saturday, December 7th , 2019 officers responded to a Valley Street residence for a disturbance complaint. When officers arrived, contact with made with a female victim who advised that 32 year old Louise Ann Mosier drove to her house intoxicated and uninvited, walked into her home and assaulted her. Officers did observed injuries consistent with a recent assault. Mosier was arrested and charged with 1st degree burglary, assault, child neglect, disorderly conduct, and driving while under the influence. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner for a bond review and was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a $10,000 bond.
