Pennsylvania State Police are investigating what is believed to be a murder suicide. At about 6:50pm on October 1st 43 year old Rick Wirth of Osterburg allegedly shot and killed 26 year old Felicia Barton also of Osterburg in the garage of their home on Brumbaugh Road in Bedford County. He then allegedly turned the gun on himself. Both Barton and Wirth were found on October 2nd at about 9am by a family member who then called police. The events were captured on a home surveillance system.
