A Defiance, PA man faces charges following the death of his step father. According to Pennsylvania State Police on Sept 15th at about 2:30 in the morning troopers were called out to a location in Bedford County and found the victim 50 year old Scott Rogers unresponsive. They learned his injuries were sustained following a domestic dispute. He was taken to the hospital where he later died as a result of his injuries. His step son 19 year old Brendon Thompson is charged with criminal homicide, aggravated assault, involuntary manslaughter, simple assault and reckless endangerment. He is being held at the Bedford County Jail on $500,000.
