Hagerstown Police are investigating the death of a 10 month old child. On July 22, 2015 at 7:38pm Officers from the Hagerstown City Police Department responded to the 500 block of N. Mulberry St. for a report of a potential drowning. A10 month old infant was found in a bathtub unresponsive. The infant was transported to Meritus Medical Center by Community Rescue Services. The body of the 10 month old has been sent to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for an autopsy. The incident is under investigation by the Hagerstown City Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division.
