Getty presided over the trial and ordered that Vaughn be remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center pending a pre-sentence investigation.  Sentencing will be held on a later date. The case was prosecuted by Assistant State’s Attorney Karen Detrick and Assistant State’s Attorney Samuel Lane.  Vaughn was represented by David Schram and Elizabeth Lamm of the Public Defender’s Office.
