A Cumberland man is arrested on a fugitive warrant following a traffic stop. According to Cumberland Police on Sept 21st officers stopped a vehicle along Springdale Street and during the course of the stop they learned the driver 34 year old Teesh Joe Davis of Cumberland had an active warrant out of Pennsylvania. That warrant charged Davis with multiple CDS related offenses, including distribution of Heroin and distribution of Fentanyl. Davis was arrested and is being held at the Allegany County Detention Center awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania.
