Allegany-Mineral County Crime Solvers is offering a reward for tips that lead to an arrest following an incident in Frostburg. In the early morning hours of Sunday, September 22nd, subjects were throwing rocks while attempting to break up a disorderly crowd outside of a Bobcat Court residence, which also resulted in damage to two police vehicles. The Allegany-Mineral Counties Crime Solvers is offering a $300 cash reward to anyone providing information that results in the arrest of the person or persons involved.
